Indiana, Iowa and Missouri, our nurses, nursing assistants, associates
and staff are working tirelessly and purposefully to keep our residents safe and well and to ensure that our communities remain sources
of friendship, support, inspiration and Christian values. To date, more than 1500 vaccines have been administered to residents across our ministry. Beginning, November 15 a COVID-19 and Flu vaccination
will be expected for all Christian Horizons associates. This policy
update is yet another important step in ensuring our communities are
safe places for our associates to work and for residents to live.
