Jake Bell

Jake has spent most of his career working in faith-based senior living and health systems. Before joining Christian Horizons, Jake served as the Chief Operating Officer for Lutheran Senior Services, a senior housing and service provider in Missouri and Illinois. Prior to that, he was the President and CEO of Mercy Medical, a regional health corporation of Catholic Health East. His extensive background includes experience as Executive Director of a senior living community in North Carolina and Long-Term Care Administrator in Oklahoma. Serving seniors runs in Jake’s family – his father spent his career as an administrator in senior living.

Jake holds the Masters of Science degree in Administration of Long-Term Care and Retirement Facilities from the University of North Texas. His concentration was in strategic planning, organizational development and leadership.

Jake and his family enjoy going to St. Louis Cardinals games, music festivals, beekeeping, scuba diving and volunteering in the community.
