Healthcare support at Hickory Point offers long-term 24-hour nursing support to older adults suffering from a chronic condition or limiting illness. Our healthcare program is similar to the type of support you’d find in traditional skilled nursing facilities or nursing homes, but the approach is a world away.
Here, we prioritize the health and wellbeing of each resident, helping them to engage and thrive in mind, body and spirit. We offer private and semi-private suites with amenities like personalized care plans, three restaurant-inspired meals per day and enrichment opportunities along with expert round-the-clock nursing support.
