From our beginnings as a single nursing home in the 1960s, we’ve grown to become one the country’s largest, faith-based, not-for-profit providers of senior living and care services, with 11 communities across Illinois, Indiana, Iowa and Missouri. Our services also include Senior Care Pharmacy; CareLink nurse-guided care; hospice care; and New Horizons-PACE, an innovative community senior care program.
As a faith-based, not-for-profit, we are committed to protecting our residents, guests, clients, families and associates. As of November 15, 2021, Christian Horizons took another step in our work to protect those we are called to serve requiring all associates to be vaccinated against the COVID-19 and influenza viruses.
In addition to the satisfaction of serving our residents, you’ll enjoy a competitive wage and a wide range of benefits.
