Small House Assisted Living

Small house assisted living is available on our main campus and south campus, River Birch Living. Here, older adults live life on their own terms. Schedules are resident-led so there’s plenty of opportunity to connect with neighbors, explore new interests or retreat to your private bedroom. Associates support the entire house and assist residents with daily activities.

Assisted Living Memory Support

Pathway Memory Support® responds to the experiences of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease by embracing contemporary best-practices along with enhanced associate training, creative approaches to care, and a focus on family and friend engagement. Pathway is offered for assisted living residents at our south campus, River Birch Living
