As Thanksgiving 2020 approaches, we — the team members of Johnson Christian Village — would like to take a moment to pause, reflect and share our gratitude with you, the members of our communities.
From gifts of donuts, cookies and cupcakes, to pizza, sandwiches and barbecue, to handmade masks, handwritten notes, heartfelt thanks and more — you renewed our energy, lifted our spirits and reminded us why we do what we do every day.
While we currently cannot allow in-person visits, you can still celebrate this important holiday with your loved one. Families are encouraged to drop off your loved one's Thanksgiving favorites and plan to connect virtually. Let us know how we can help.
In the most difficult of times, your many acts of kindness kept our spirits up, even as the pandemic raged on. You treated us as part of your family — and, now, the Johnson Christian Village family offers you our sincere gratitude.
Throughout these many months, you have also stayed home, worn masks, practiced social distancing, washed your hands, and learned new ways to gather with family and friends. You’ve done your part to weather this pandemic. And we appreciate it. But those actions are just as critical now as they were earlier this year.
