In compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS)  and state Department of Health guidelines, Christian Horizons and our communities have coordinated emergency plans and procedures in place to meet the needs, to protect and to communicate with residents and primary contacts in the event of natural or man-made disasters and emergency situations. All staff receive emergency response training and practice. An automated messaging service is in place to deliver alerts to primary contacts. It is vital that you keep your emergency contact information up-to-date.
