Risen Son offers comprehensive and individualized assisted memory support for older adults with Alzheimer’s and dementia. Supporting a loved one with memory loss can be a lonely journey, we’re here to walk alongside you.
Pathway Memory Support® is our approach to dementia care, developed in partnership with David Troxel, MPH, co-creator of the life-affirming and acclaimed Best Friends™ Approach to Dementia Care. The program responds to the experience of dementia by embracing contemporary best-practices along with enhanced associate training, creative approaches to care, and a focus on friends and family engagement.

At Risen Son, our Pathway program focuses on assisted living support—those residents who need assistance with daily activities like bathing, mobility, dressing and more. Here, we prioritize the health and wellbeing of each resident, helping them to engage and thrive in mind, body and spirit.
