Wabash Christian Village offers comprehensive and individualized assisted memory support for older adults with Alzheimer’s and dementia. Supporting a loved one with memory loss can be a lonely journey, we’re here to walk alongside you.
Pathway Memory Support® is our approach to dementia care, developed in partnership with David Troxel, MPH, co-creator of the life-affirming and acclaimed Best Friends™ Approach to Dementia Care. The program responds to the experience of dementia by embracing contemporary best-practices along with enhanced associate training, creative approaches to care, and a focus on friends and family engagement.

At Wabash, our Pathway program focuses on long-term healthcare support, similar to the type of support you’d find in traditional skilled nursing facilities or nursing homes, but the approach is a world away. Here, we prioritize the health and wellbeing of each resident, helping them to engage and thrive in mind, body and spirit.
